Wow! What a gorgeous looking standing spray! It was the prettiest one at my cousin's funeral. Ordered the Magnificent Life Spray over the phone after seeing the picture of it on their website. We substituted yellow roses for white and the spray turned out to be stunning! Thanks to Jackie for taking the order over the phone and being so friendly and accommodating.

OMG! This is the most fabulous florist I have ever used. My aunt’s 91st birthday was a few days after Christmas. I called B&B from Texas and requested an arrangement to be delivered. I wanted it to be colorful and special for this monumental birthday and preferably less than $100. This is what arrived, right on time. My aunt was blown away! She couldn’t even lift it to put on her table. Thank you B&B for making my aunt’s day very, very special.

I sent 60 Roses to my sister in California for her 60th Birthday they were absolutely beautiful and she was pleasantly surprised….I always ask for Jay he has great ideas and does a fabulous job…I’m in North Carolina & trust whatever he does…No complaints. I recently sent Roses for her 65th Birthday they as you can see they are absolutely beautiful. These are added for my sister’s 65th & 66th Birthday Flowers are always absolutely beautiful.

I had to do a last minute online order on saturday afternoon of a flower bouquet for my mom in Vallejo for mother's day (the next day) and I am glad they were still able to take my order. the flowers were delivered freshly and in timely schedule. the arrangement is also gorgeous. thank you, I ordered all the way from San Diego.

Outstanding Customer Service and amazing efforts when there are mix-ups. Jackie at B&B Floral did an amazing arrangement for my daughter's anniversary. There was a slight mix up due to my daughter's allergy to lily blooms and the delivery driver. Jackie was very thorough and professional to resolve the issues and her responses to us were above anything I have ever seen from a florist before. Highly recommend B&B Floral, their staff and owner are way above the usual florists' customer service

Finding a good florist can be a task, especially if it is for an out of state delivery. When I decided on a floral arrangement, I called and spoke with Jay. The Always a Lady bouquet caught my eye, and although the dimensions in the description were good. I wanted a taller and fuller arrangement. Jay worked with me in customizing this bouquet. I upgraded to a taller vase than the premium standard one and questioned the flower fullness in the arrangement. Jay assured me there were plenty of Lilly's on each stem, and he guaranteed the arrangement would be beautiful and full. Another important detail for me was scent. The scent had to match the vision, I was assured the Lilly's would give off a wonderful scent. Jay completely understood the assignment, and the man knocked it out of the park!! Highly recommend getting your floral arrangements designed here. You'll definitely get your monies worth. Your receiver will be "WOW'd"

Great experience from a wonderful staff; even on a day as busy as Mother's Day. I got a beautiful arrangement for a reasonable price & purchases a card and a candle as additional gifts to present with the 💐 bouquet. Lots of choices and custom bouquets are made quickly as well. ( I wish I received the alert for the B&B Floral shop Google review before I presented the gift, I would have snapped a picture of the awa )
